Trailers come in a wide range of sizes for a variety of applications; however they all share the same common safety concerns. The improper or careless setup of a trailer can lead to a hazardous situation for you and/or others on the road.
Knowing the fundamentals for a proper setup of your vehicle and the trailer to be towed will help ensure your safety on the road.
In this second module of a two-part series, we’ll take a closer look at the proper procedures for hooking up a trailer, and what you will need to know when operating a vehicle with a trailer in tow. The average student will require approximately 20 minutes to complete both the course and quiz.
