Trailers come in a wide range of sizes for a variety of applications; however they all share the same common safety concerns. The improper or careless setup of a trailer can lead to a hazardous situation for you and/or others on the road.
Knowing the fundamentals for a proper setup of your vehicle and the trailer to be towed will help ensure your safety on the road.
In this first module of a two-part series, we’ll introduce you to the basics of trailer and tow vehicle components, along with what you’ll need to know when selecting the proper trailer for the job. The average student will require approximately 20 minutes to complete both the course and quiz.
