School buses are primarily used to transport students to and from schools, but they also used for transporting students to and from co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
Each day, operators are responsible for ensuring the bus is in safe operating condition by conducting a daily trip inspection before the bus is used. By completing the inspection, an operator can bring to their supervisor’s attention any defects that could lead to a breakdown or potential crash resulting in injuries.
In this training module, we will discuss the regulations governing and show you the steps for conducting a daily trip inspection. The average trainee will require approximately 40 minutes to complete both the course and quiz.
