When we think about the various wildlife hazards of working in the wilderness, one of the first things that come to mind are bears. There are two pieces of equipment a person may choose to carry with them to assist during a random bear encounter: Bear Spray and Bear Bangers.
The effectiveness of these items during a wildlife encounter is directly related to how properly they are used. In this training, we will cover the basics you’ll need to know in order to effectively use bear spray and bear bangers.
The average student will require approximately 10 minutes to complete both the course and quiz.
